Michael Adzema is an author, activist, and pre- and perinatal psychologist. He was one of a small group of people whose actions led to the lawsuit that ended nuclear plant construction in the United States in the ’80s. In the ’90s, he was the first person in the US to teach pre- and perinatal psychology at the university level and was editor of the journal of primal psychology, Primal Renaissance. His most recent book, Wounded Deer and Centaurs, deals with the psychology of our current apocalyptic crisis, activism, the heroes we need, and the hope we have in these times. He has authored eight other books, including Apocalypse Emergency, Apocalypse NO, Funny God, and Planetmates: The Great Reveal.
