Zhiwa Woodbury


Zhiwa Woodbury is an advocate for the Earth and all Her inhabitants. He has a doctoral degree in natural law and a master’s degree in ecopsychology, and he trained in caregiving with Zen Hospice Project in San Francisco. He’s the Program Director for WildLands Defense, a contributing editor with the new journal Immanence: The Journal of Applied Mythology, Legend & Folklore, and a regular contributor to TruthOut.org on climate issues. His latest book is entitled  Climate Grief: Changing the Way We Think and Feel about Our Climate in Crisis. Zhiwa blogs at Planetary Hospice and administers the Planetary Hospice Community page on Facebook.
